How to Get Access to the CleanTalk Blacklists Database
The CleanTalk Blacklists Database requires a separate license. If you want to use it, please purchase a Blacklists Database License first here on your billing page:

Next go to your Dashboard:
Click the menu "Services" and select "Blacklists Database":
There are 4 ways to get access to the CleanTalk Blacklists Database:

General Blacklists Database dashboard elements
A – Name of the API method
B – Number of used/paid checks (1 check might equal more than 1 call)
C – Number of API Calls
D – Number of checks
E – API method efficiency
F – Date and time of the last check
G – Expiration date of the license

L – Date of the last Online Search check
M – Your personal credentials to get access to the offline CleanTalk Database

Offline Files
In this section you will see your personal credentials to download a copy of the CleanTalk Blacklists Database (CSV and IPSET files via SFTP access).
The records in the Offline Blacklist Database are updated every hour. The Program License, provided by the Copyright Holder is used only by the User, it is not transferable to third parties and any data received from the CleanTalk Service can not be published without prior written consent of the Copyright Holder.
